 | Year 10 Castlerigg Retreat 46 Year 10 Students and 7 staff have just returned from a wonderful week at Castlerigg Manor in Keswick. Castlerigg, is the Lancaster Diocese Retreat Centre and the programme for the week involved the young people leaving behind the stresses of modern day life and learning about themselves and others. They took part in team challenges, had time to pray, walk the beautiful Lakeland hills and renew their relationship with God and those around them. Great fun was had as they role-played, sang, danced, and played games that were designed to help them consider those less fortunate than themselves. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Once again our young people were a credit to their families and our school. |
