Pupils can collect their GCSE Results from 10:00am on Thursday 24th August 2017

Dear Parents, Friends & Guardians, We were thrilled to be the first school in the Valley to be inspected under the new rigorous Ofsted Framework. As the school enters its 56th year, it is fitting that we should be judged by Ofsted as a good school.

All the community of students, parents, teachers, Governors, parishes and primary schools should feel a sense of ownership of this judgement and be proud of this achievement. Thank you and be assured that we will continue with our journey to outstanding.

Yours sincerely,
Brian McNally (Headteacher)

Congratulations to the class of 2016. Alongside our outstanding English results there has been a significant improvement in the Progress 8 measure. This reflects the hard work of both our students and staff. May our Leavers continue to live our Mission, “Luceat lux Vestra”, as they embark on the next stage of their education.

Brian McNally (Head Teacher)
